August 19th 2011 I finally had the Cast that I had on my leg/ankle from the Ankle Operation that I had back on June 14th 2011..

I am so happy that the cast is off man 9 and a ½ weeks was well hell to say the very least as not being able to do a lot of stuff really made life harder to get things done.

Now that the cast is off my foot/ankle I can now walk about and do things maybe not normally as before but that’s the healing process for ya..

Ankle is a little sore when I have been standing on it for too long or walking for ages so having to put it up and let the blood circulate back down and for the swelling to come back down.

All in All I am just SO HAPPY that the Cast is no longer on there thank goodness.
