      Battery for iPhone

I love my iPhone 3GS however the one thing that annoys me the most is that the battery life is just atrocious my Blackberry had better battery life and was able to run with multiple apps running in the background for hours a full day or more..

Anyway I did some looking/prodding/searching and come to find that you can get “External Battery’s” for the iPhone and they cost any were form $50 to $120 depending on the brand name

The one I have been looking into is the Kensington Mini Battery Pack it got a very good review from the guys at ilounge.com

If your someone who really needs to have that extra bit of battery life this is the best option until Apple bring out the newer iPhone that has better battery life.

I myself will be looking at getting this as it tends to get annoying and well running around with your USB Lead to charge your phone while on the run near a computer it drastically damages your USB Lead after a while mine is almost dead because of me having to carry it around with me

Other then battery life on the iPhone I love my iPhone 🙂 32GB or goodness and heaps of games when ya bored and got a long road trip or train trip lol hence also the Kensington Mini Battery Pack comes in real handy

Once I get one I will let you know my findings personally on what it performs like.

      Running On Ice

This is a video a friend took while I was on the ice playing TAG! of all things haha and I tired to literally run after the girl I was trying to tag I almost had her but almost took her out too lol..

It’s so funny I had to watch it over and over again it was soooo funny

No idea why I tried to run lol but all the same I did get kinda close lol

      iStat v1.1

A newer version of iStat for the iPhone has come out however one option I really liked a lot was the “Free Memory” option however it was removed in this version due to Apple wanting it removed which it just stupid however some awesome editions were added to the mix

      1. Battery Status
      2. Process Monitor (Shows processes running)
      3. Ability to disable “Screen Lock”
      4. Improved support for Linux monitoring

Thes are a couple of a few addons and a fix or so

It’s a shame to see the Free Memory option gone thanks to a Apple pfft

All up the new editions are awesome and great ways to monitor what is happening

      Homeland Security

Home Security is something that I have taken a liking to and this is a way for me to monitor the front door of my unit and inside remotely and also automatic updates on any movement is uploaded via FTP and also email so if any movement is seen by the security camera it’s uploaded automatically. Here is a snapshot from my iPhone.
